Meet

Cindy Sharp

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor

There was a time when I believed healing meant working harder — that if I could become more disciplined, more organized, more spiritual, more efficient, I would finally feel whole. I knew how to show up strong, how to carry what others dropped, how to function long past my own limits. I knew how to do everything… except pause. To the outside world, I looked like a woman who had it together — licensed therapist, mother, entrepreneur, high-capacity leader. But inside, I was tired in a way that sleep couldn’t touch. I had become so practiced in holding everything that I slowly abandoned the quiet truth beneath it all… I was holding my breath. Somewhere along my journey — between motherhood, ministry spaces, entrepreneurship, and the clinical world — I realized what so many high-achieving women eventually discover: being capable is not the same as being well. The world applauds our strength, but rarely makes room for our humanity. What began as survival slowly became an identity. And it wasn’t until my nervous system began telling the truth my words could not — through tension, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue — that I finally listened. Not to fix. Not to improve. But to return. Reset was not something I built. It was something I survived and then surrendered to — a gentle unveiling of a truth I had forgotten: Healing is not found in pushing forward. Healing begins in the breath — the moment you return to your own rhythm and remember you were never designed to hold it all alone. Today, I stand not just as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor, but as a woman who has walked through the cost of being “the strong one” — and now teaches others how to release that role and step into something truer. I am a therapist, speaker, author, and guide for high-achieving women carrying relational trauma, emotional labor, and the invisible weight of always knowing what to do. Through The Reset Spot Podcast, The Reset Intensive, digital journals, sacred gatherings, and supervision for clinicians — I hold spaces where women can return to breath, reclaim belonging within themselves, and rise without abandoning who they are. If you are here, I already know something sacred about you: You have carried much. You have done what you had to do. And now — you are ready for a different rhythm. Welcome to The Reset Experience. May this be the place where you finally exhale.

There was a time when I believed healing meant working harder — that if I could become more disciplined, more organized, more spiritual, more efficient, I would finally feel whole.

It was something I survived and then surrendered to — a gentle unveiling of a truth I had forgotten:

Healing is not found in pushing forward.

If you are here, I already know something sacred about you:

You have carried much. You have done what you had to do.

And now — you are ready for a different rhythm.

Welcome to The Reset Experience.

May this be the place where you finally exhale.
